- Form I-9 Inspection:
We inspect all Form I-9s of your existing employees to ensure compliance with all required standards.
- Form Verification:
BioVerify checks each Form I-9 for accuracy, legibility, correctness, and completeness, comparing them to your payroll records.
- Digital Record Creation:
We scan each Form I-9 into our system, producing a digital record in PDF format.

- Document Resubmission:
Employees are requested to resubmit their Identity & Employment Authorization Documents for further inspection, validation, and verification.

Document Authentication
Electronic Document Authentication: We compare identity documents against our extensive Electronic Document Authentication Library, which includes:
- All 50 states’ driver’s licenses and identity cards.
- Over 200 different national passports.
- All Social Security documents.
- A complete library of all immigration cards and visas.
- Advanced Document Analysis:
Documents are checked under various lighting conditions (near-infrared, ultraviolet, visible, coaxial, and directional) and analyzed for bar codes, micro text, watermarks, and hidden security markings.
- Face Photo Comparison:
A quick face photo of the employee is recorded and compared against the identification documents, preventing identity theft or stand-ins.
- Employment Authorization Verification:
We check Employment Authorization Documents for expiration and Social Security Numbers for duplication.

- Secure Document Storage:
We securely store the Identity & Employment Authorization Documents for evidence of compliance, making them available to you in case of lost records, an ICE raid, or a government audit.
- Detailed Reporting:
After completing the internal audit, we provide a detailed report in either paper or digital format (or both). All records are secure and encrypted.
